Pros
I was a summer temp teller they let me come back every summer and winter for four years while i finished college. Flexible work schedule allowed me to work 40 hours a week but still be able to enjoy my time off.
Cons
After i graduating college with a degree in finance I approached Management about advancing my career with the company and was told all they could offer me was my same teller position.
