-good work/life balance, any extra hours worked were paid overtime -immediate managers were very supportive -lots of training and support provided for current role and for advancement -generous year end bonuses
Cons
-limited advancement opportunities unless you are willing to move to Toronto -sales targets increased faster than pay rates -very difficult dealing with clients during systems outages
