      Reasonably price health insurance Minimum balance requirements waived (supposed to be waived) Shifts around the clock - good for students or people with multiple jobs

      Cons

      Sick, Vacation and Personal all combined Have to have no soul to do well with sales Micro managed to the extreme Leaving early because you're sick counts as a call out
