Pros
-If the "store" is staffed correctly, hours are flexiable. -Most people in the stores are very friendly -Technology is great -Fair compensation -Exstensive training available -Quarterly incentive pay
Cons
-depending on location, unattainable goals -micro managed depending on region located. Too many reports and logs to be completed more then once a day... -Audits are nightmares -Customer satisfaction is very important which is good, but the survey they do is basic and doesn't really reflect the true outcome of the customer experience and how well the store is actually doing -Quarterly incentive pay scale varies on how well you do as a store and your position -So many changes happen all at once. Instead of changing things, perfecting it, and then going on to something else, everything happens at once and then changes again a few months later -Information doesn't get passed down to all employees depending on the manager
