Leaders have no interest in building their teams- COO spends team building lunches gambling alone
Confidentiality not observed- leadership and management talk openly on the floor about employees and employees' performance
Double standards for men and women- women are penalised for leaving early periodically to take care of children; men arrive half an hour late daily, leave half an hour early daily, take two hour lunches daily with no repercussions from male management and leadership
Men treat women disrespectfully offloading allocated work they do not wish to do to the women overloading them, raising their voices when speaking to them and calling them demeaning names
DEI is weak and leadership make fun of awareness days- former CRO mocked autism awareness, CFO openly ridicules R U OK?
Not a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community who are excluded, bullied and abused
No action taken by management when this is all raised. Management do not follow the grievance process
