Pros
Good environment. If the contract with the client ends, they try to relocate you ASAP, they give you at least 2 months of searching before firing you.
Cons
Not clear processes for position promotion. You apply, and never get feedback that you were not selected for the promotion. If you are selected, you will receive the same salary, because you need to wait for "approval from India." (Sometimes you need to wait more than one year for the salary raise.) I had bosses who had a lower salary than mine because of this
