4yThanks for taking the time to share your employment story with us. You are not alone in your feedback. It is input like yours that leadership has heard and has driven many of the initiatives we have incorporated since May 2020. One of these being a review of pay and job leveling, which we have worked throughout the organization to adjust since 2020. Our new CTO, who started this year, has partnered with the global People Team to incorporate title and pay changes within the development organization in 2021. In addition, our CTO has worked to make additional changes, such as a learning and certification reimbursement program. Since May 2020, we have taken many steps to create positive change. We rolled out a new system that enables employees to view their pay and benefits, a new handbook with Parental leave and updated PTO policies including time to take to volunteer in your community, moved to a 40 hour work week, created a new mental health benefit, launched OKRs and a companywide Rally Cry to create greater alignment, and more. We do care about our employees and their experience at TCP Software. This is why we will be launching an improved employee listening platform with additional feedback channels to increase the ability of our employees to share their stories.
