Small IT company - Anonymous employee TBI Info Employee Review

I have very warm memories from my time at the company. I had great colleagues. We traveled a lot in Vienna, Austria. The company was growing fast and hiring new people. After a year or a little more a big change in plans and budget followed and people were laid off. The work environment was good. Not open space but separate rooms for the teams. Good location (near NDK) if you are using the public transportation.

Location: If you are using a car, finding a parking place is difficult. New hires were obligated to sign a reimbursement agreement because all of them had to visit some training courses (most of the courses were total waste of time and money). So, you must stay 2 years at the company. If you leave earlier, you have to reimburse the remaining proportional amount for the courses.

Good atmosphere and colleagues. Availability to work remotely

Low salaries. No vision from high management for future
