Pros

There is really no reason to choose TBC over any other offer you have

Cons

They will hire people in at market rates and then shaft the hard working people that are working their way up. They dont care about their associates or retention. They only care about sales performance. They will drive themselves to failure.

Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

Cons

Some days get too busy unexpectedly.

Pros

Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

Cons

Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
