The IT senior leader has been in seat for many years and has stagnated IT systems and development for almost 8 years. Much of the tech strategy is not well thought out and is usually a rapid short sided response to a problem that has existed for years. There is limited professional growth or development and many people stay because there are no demands except to keep the lights on. Senior Manager meeting is held bi-weekly but the Sr. leadership does not attend, this is very frustrating for the team.
