      dynamic environment, great people, abiltiy to grow professionaly and personallly. Collaborative team culture to assist in customer requirement solutions and and business decision making processes. Individual contributions can be made at all levels of the organization

      Cons

      Fast paced culture, with every changing priorities. Need to be able to work with minimal direction from manager and must be a self starter.

      If you're someone who enjoys your time wasted, then this is the perfect company for you

      Cons

      Every but I will name a few - the managers are a joke, play favorites, go out of there way to ruin the lives of those they dont like. Certain people go to break for 30+ minutes, but some if you're back even 2 minutes late, the managers write you up. - have to cross train in every position with no increase in pay - no 401k - time off reduced -Firing people that do there work but keep the employees who contribute nothing.
