Wonderful culture and community. It is a place filled with kind people and good ethics. It is a private school and comes with all of the benefits and advantages intrinsic to them.
Cons
Always a ton of work to be done, but that goes for just about any job. Supervision could be considered lax and you might feel that you aren't being evaluated as extensively as you'd like. It is a private school and comes with all of the anxieties and disadvantages intrinsic to them.
