      Met a few good people and the day I resigned.

      Cons

      I would really suggest that you avoid TAL. The culture is toxic, the pay is below average, culture of bullying and senior management has no experience and overall the experience will not be rewarding.

      Pros

      TAL has been a great place that is a large company in the industry but also feels close-knit on the inside. Opportunities are given to those that seek it. People are candid and passionate about their work.

      Cons

      Like most financial companies, change can be slow but progress is always happening. Sometimes there can be a dull in communication between management and teams.

      Supports their staff - even during a lot of turmoil in the industry
