      Lots of great people make this company and the projects and challenging and interesting

      Cons

      Long hours are not unusual, but you are paid fairly for them and management do try to ensure you aren’t constantly on long hour projects and there is a balance.

      Pros

      -The projects. Always really cool, amazing what the finished product end up as. -Fast Paced, wont get bored. -Always changing environment (projects and footprint) -Ability to showcase individual skills. Lots of problem solving baked into quick turn project cycles, often times not micromanaged. -Very large operation that works together to deliver projects.

      Cons

      -Sometimes too many hours -Lots of false starts, parts changing or no longer needed -Not a lot of Standards or Consistency in what to do or how to do it. -Asked to do a lot of tasks outside of typical job duties.
