The Associates are all committed to the success of the restaurants. They work incredibly hard and really want to be the best. Great people work there.
Cons
The Owner (Troy) talks Ohana (family), but is the first one to blow up in the restaurants at the team for no reason. He yells & screams- and doesn't really care if he upsets anyone. The CEO (James) is all EGO and very little substance. Leadership is just atrocious.
