Pros
Local leadership in my office is fantastic. Strong earnings potential if you are willing to put in the time and effort for the first several years. If you don't have a very strong work ethic and desire to produce great results, don't bother applying. PTO is generous, and you're encouraged to take all of it (you need it!). Great sales training.
Cons
Fast pace can be draining at times. A very small minority of sales colleagues can be too aggressive at times which is annoying
