Great company atmosphere and better-than-average compensation. Management is helpful and encouraging while the other employees are positive and upbeat. This is a great company to break into the insurance company with and there is also opportunities to grow from within.
Cons
As with any sales position, employee effort and grind are necessary to garnish any surmountable success. This is a rewarding, positive, lucrative job, but is not always an easy one.
