      Have to work independently...that is you will hav to find out solution yourself... independently you are going to work on projects.

      Pros

      Everything is good like. No late mark, and of time also if coming earlier then can go early. Salary on time. With me boss was friendly fulfilled my demands.

      Cons

      Leaving the pros there are some cons. Break time shouldn't be extent. Poltics type atmosphere cannot talk with another employee gets a shout.
