Really great atmosphere to work in, sometimes they other departments want to use new software just for the sake of it being new, and not necessarily always helpful.

After a decade-long absence, the owners—who know nothing about the business—returned, dissatisfied with the lack of growth amid the ongoing economic downturn. They terminated employees who had diligently built and expanded the company over the years, replacing them with less experienced, and therefore cheaper, workers. Predictably, these new hires are already departing due to the owners' abysmal management. When I say abysmal, I mean it encompasses ageism, racism, and an overall lack of respect. The situation is so dire that they conduct interviews for replacements within earshot of the employees they intend to replace—a truly deplorable practice. What was once an incredible workplace with an exceptionally talented team that consistently propelled business growth has transformed into a place I would never consider working at and wouldn’t recommend to anyone, not even my worst enemy. It's heartbreaking to witness. Current reviews reflect the former glory of the company, not the dismal state it is in now.
