      Strong people who know parking. Everyone wants to help and do the right thing for each other and customers. Growing through new customer wins.

      Cons

      Need to have teams work together more directly; less finger pointing more direct support of each other.

      Pros

      The job is flexible. There is good communication with management. Get to use hand tools and troubleshooting equipment. I get three weeks off a year, including sick leave.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a delay when I need help troubleshooting equipment.
