Pros

T-Mobile actually was once a really fun company to work for. People were proud to "bleed" magenta. People were lively at work, brought great ideas to the table, and everyone seemed highly engaged. But, this was mainly under the John Legere era. On glassdoor, I recalled he had over a 90% approval rating. Now, take a look at Mike Sieverts. 60% and still sinking. Now, fully merged with Sprint, Mike's best idea is to squeeze out the Bellevue and T-Mobile workers, in favor for Sprint workers, culture, and outdated thinking. It's become a toxic place to work, there is low trust, and morale is extremely low. Meanwhile, Mike seems like he's working hard to mingle with celebrities and become the next Elon Musk for social media attention. And, of course, shipping talent to lower cost of living cities and overseas. Amazing innovation.

Cons

- Low compensation - Little to no culture at this point - Low trust environment - Cost cutting to ship roles to lower cost of living cities and countries - All Sprint leadership now

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
