Pros

Good Benefits and Work Life Balance

Cons

Compensation (especially commission) is well below every other carrier. Still very spotty coverage yet all territories have same quota regardless of network quality. And again, even if you hit your outrageously high quota (and I did) you are still paid less than if you worked at Verizon or AT&T or Sprint (when they were around). Getting customers to stick around for a 6 month period with spotty coverage is at times a tall task, so even if you sell stuff, it’s hard to make it stick so the money you made in commission in May will be charged back to you in September when they cancel due to coverage. Super Woke Culture. If that’s your thing cool, but if not, it’s nauseating.

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
