Pros
They gave me more Paid-Time Off than i knew what to do with- day-one medical benefits (although this doesn't apply to everyone, everywhere,) a 401k that was burgeoning after only a couple of months, tuition assistance, great pay and amazing services and products to offer customers. Having experience working retail at all four major U.S. Wireless carriers I can say with confidence that T-Mobile was, and remains, the best place to work in the retail wireless world.
Cons
Corporate gives Regional Managers a lot of leeway to operate their area's in the manner they see appropriate. Some Regional Managers are more laid back, others are more "hands-on" and this ultimately effects how things are run at a store level. The key to continued success is to be comfortable in your working environment and depending on what store and what region you work in- you can have vastly different work experiences than someone at another store 10 minutes away.
