Benefits are pretty good here

Since the Sprint Merger, T-Mobile has been an absolute nightmare to work for, in terms of the retail environment (I’ll leave it at that). Also if you are Black, good luck getting any kind of promotions. They like other types of brown people (Indians, Asians, Latinos, etc). T-Mobile screams Diversity and Inclusion to convince people they’re progressive, but it’s just for your $$$. It’s a lie when you work for the company. It’s just like any other job in Corporate America. Maybe T-Mobile will be a decent place to work in years to come (“Trust the Process” they say!), but doubtful.
