This position has uncapped commission, a multitude of ways to hit your quota, and several teams to assist with your sales

Cons

The management has changed and it feels like we work at Sprint now. The rules of engagement are so loosely followed that it is very difficult to manage your territory. HR has 0 input in a manager's decision and they are ultimately useless.
