Pros
Benefits, innovator, position in market, brand, career growth opportunities, education. Company in general is great to work for, but we have some hurdles post merger.
Cons
Culture has changed after the merger. Leaders are not people first as much as pre - merger. We have gotten so numbers hungry, we have forgotten what we stand for. As a front line rep and lover of the company, that's hard to watch transform. Additionally, leadership encourages taking time off, but there are no solid processes in place to provide coverage so people are still working while on PTO and it's leading to burnout. Work load has increased and with added focus on trainings has affected work/life balance a bit. Perhaps more frequent short surveys to take temperature from the field will help. D&I is preached, but in reality we have a long way to go.
