Pros

A lot of opportunity to grow at the retail level and relatively quickly. Great benefits. Pay is decent. More casual/relaxed than most major wireless carriers.

Cons

BEWARE: LOTS OF POLITICS! Allows local segments of the business to dismantle all corporate structure by implementing amateur ideas, strategies and procedures which never work and often leads to endless tail-chasing and unnecessary headaches (especially in Florida region) just to get ahead in their personal development. Does not really encourage work/life balance even though they say they do. Some district managers have little to no wireless background and don't truly understand the realities of the business at a customer level. Strongly encouraged to waste lots of paper. Not much encouragement (discouragement actually) to grow beyond retail.

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
