      Co-workers were amazing. We are trauma-bonded for life. Leadership is great at selling you a lie.

      Cons

      Bullies and DEI hires stick around and get promoted; normal people leave the K-12/GOV/SLED T-Mobile space. Sell your soul and blame everyone and everything but yourself, and you can be in Leadership, too. Toxic Regional and National Managers lie and tell their teams to do the same. You spend all day doing everything but selling.
