Pros
Most employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Laptop (4 months to order) supplied was nice. Friday breakfasts were great. It was the only time employees would really talk to each other.
Cons
Extensive reliance on antiquated software technologies. Unspoken unacknowledged mandatory overtime. Little to no training. Management has tunnel vision viewing technologies from the 1970's as modern and competent. Employees are regularly talked down to. Professional growth by learning new technologies is not encouraged. Corporate structure for advancement is reserved for a pre chosen few. Everyone knows this. Monitored at all times while in the building. In general overall understanding of processes viewed less important than following orders. I was told by multiple coworkers to be a worker bee and not to ask questions.
