      Pros

      Great opportunity to grow quickly and climb up the career ladder. Sales team has international travel options Senior Management is very understanding and supportive Colleagues are very friendly and NO POLITICS!

      Cons

      If I have to add, then it would be the sales deadline pressure. But I would also say that it is to be expected in a growing company.

      Great opportunity to learn .everyone is very helpful and easy to work with. Its a small enough company that you can get to know people in various roles, which allows for good cross-communication.
