Management gives you the freedom and latitude to work with your customers without micro-managing you. There is a very flat hierarchal structure to the company that makes communication with higher management very easy.
Cons
Do to the small size, there is definite favoritism shown to certain employees. These employees feel they can do whatever they want to do without regard to professionalism and common courtesy towards others.
