Pros
- Very friendly environment, colleagues are very helpful and the work style is definitely more about cooperation rather than competition. - Highly international environment and most of the projects are international too. - You will work on different projects at the same time, which is challenging but also much more interesting than having a boring project to work on for months! - As an intern you are constantly followed and supported by your mentor.
Cons
- The company is small, so don't expect very high income or great opportunities of growth within the company. - Sometimes it might be your turn to do the boring part of a big project. Sorry, but that's consulting. - For the rest, I don't have any cons in my mind.
