Cons
US office management isn't prepared to scale up to compete as a DoD level COP provider. No real sales strategy, very limited contracting experience, poor adoption of processes and procedures. They want to play with the big boys, but are not able to scale successfully (even if they have a good product) and as such are losing out on opportunities. You only get so may chances to make your shot.
