Pros

Company offers good work environment. Treats employees as extended family at most times understanding the needs. Company has open door policy which helps employee to communicate directly to AVP's, COO and CEO as and when needed. This kind of opportunity it is hard to find in many organizations at this level. They have offices in US, India, Mexico, Egypt and Canada.

Cons

Very few, Company sticks to its policies and will not deviate.

Pros

A few talented and supportive teammates.

Cons

Worst management — completely unprofessional, lack empathy, and ignore employee concerns. No salary hikes for years, no matter how well you perform or how long you stay. Appraisals are just a tick-box exercise — no transparency, no fairness. HR and leadership make false promises about upcoming hikes or promotions that never happen. Favoritism and office politics dominate decisions instead of merit. Long-serving employees are paid far less than new hires, creating resentment. No recognition or rewards for hard work; everything depends on internal bias. Exit feedback is ignored — management refuses to acknowledge real issues. Overall environment is demotivating and offers zero career progression.
