Pros

You're working in the Technical Support field.

Cons

The company doesn't pay much. Handful of employees. Not much room for improvement. Turnover is high. They force you to wear a ridiculous coloured uniform at some client sites. Do not expect assistance from your co workers as often despite what they say. If you don't share common likes in regards to hobbies, tv shows, etc. prepared to be outcasted. Once outcasted, your job security is on the line. But, if you do share common interests, don't mind being paid minimum wage salaries + unpaid overtime, and working independently, this place may be for you.

Great People. Boss is incredibly nice, willing to teach and is quite genuine.

Pay is a little low for the industry. Items and business goals are not followed up on
