Pros
- Well-known, well-established & well-respected in the SAP landscape and consulting industry; SAP partner - Always on cutting-edge of new SAP technologies, both in terms of expertise & projects - Great system for personal growth; with annual stipend set aside for each employee for continuous learning - Very employee- & customer-focused company who care deeply about both - Flat management structure - “Small Company” culture with the advantage of leveraging the global corporate network - Very low turnover; Once employees join they tend to stay indefinitely through retirement - Feeling of common interest to succeed among teams & team members for mutual success - Good pay, benefits & bonus structure
Cons
- Significant company growth in past several years- which has led to some challenges in managing & organizing the growth; senior leadership team has laid out plans to effectively moderate & continues to revise and update on quarterly basis - Not as many standardized processes as the “larger” consulting firms; but this gain in that is faster & leaner processing times - Growth opportunities compared to larger consulting firms may be limited due to size & structure, but as the wider Reply network is leveraged, and the company continues to grow, expectation is these opportunities will also become more numerous - Project management styles may differ between different PMs. Both pros & cons to this style - Depending on client needs’, hours may be greater than a standard 40-hour week, or be required to work at odd times, but this is standard for the consulting industry. The flexibility offered here outweighs other consulting firms in my experience, however.
