Some of the team was nice to work alongside. Hybrid environment was good.
Cons
Leadership team is the most toxic group of people I have ever witnessed. If you challenge anything for the good of the organisation to help/further growth you will be pushed out. They only like passive people that don't question the norm. Leadership are snaky and will talk behind your back in ear shot of you and make remarks that are hurtful in front of you.
