I've been with SysAid for a few years, and the past year has been a period of impressive growth for the organization. The change in leadership has brought a refreshing new energy and experience to the company, On the product side, SysAid's has listened to customers and internal parties and adjusted accordingly. We've seen continuous improvements in both features and performance, Making it easier to deliver value to customers. The focus on listening to feedback, both from employees and users, shows how much the company is committed to growth. The work environment feels more dynamic and focused on a clear goal with more departments inline with each other. Overall, it’s an exciting time to be part of SysAid, with leadership and product heading in the right direction

Cons

There is always room for improvement but the company is aware of these and addressing them accordingly.

Working at SysAid means getting a lot of strength, knowledge and the ability to succeed in advancing with maximum professionalism. And all this out of trust, appreciation, and endless thought for the maximum comfort of each and every employee.

Pros

HR does a good job. There is a wellness day once every 2 months and salary is good. Product team also does a good job.

Cons

The software is very old and complicated. Move to modern technologies such as micro-services is very half-baked and messy. Work environment is very unstable with people being fired or resigning quite often. Poor code quality, poor development practices, impatient management.
