The best part is the people working in the company, from all the spectrum of the population, a great environment created by the management. The science is carefully carried and all the efforts are taken to succeed
Cons
The only con to work in the company is the lack of a clear financial future creating lack of occupational security. The problem is common to most of biotechnology companies in Israel
