Bad execution of policies - many were made to go on unpaid leave or asked to leave due to over hiring in the previous year and lack of projects this year. - notice period increased from one month to three months. - They claimed the bench has improved but that's only because 50+ employees were asked to go/unpaid leave till date. More to come by the end of this year. - Partners and Associate Partners are not able to bring in new clients/projects. - Managers have nothing to do and start "taking over" (claiming) credit for existing business development efforts done by consultants. - A lot of employees are currently looking out as well. We foresee this company will not last long.
