Lots of space to take initiative and drive different topics Fantastic culture and great people - close community Projects mostly interesting in terms of clientele, and of suitable length Much better work life balance than in many other consulting firms HK management best in APAC for the company Flexibility to work remotely
Cons
Most projects are around wealth management Some longer projects are understaffed and people may be overworked for a long time Management / culture in other locations can be significantly worse Depending on level, salary can be towards lower end
