Cons
The turnover is extremely high, which should be a clue to the sales management that improvements must be made. Very few people excluding the 3 primary founders make it to a year. It is unfortunate that the sales management folks can not be trusted. A reoccurring theme is releasing the reps after a solid pipeline has been created, sales goals have been accomplished, then BAM the sales rep is ousted so that the mid-line sales manager can secure all the commissions for themselves! That is a fact! The old school dynamics, "Good Ole Boys Club" is is alive and kicking, making it a challenge for women to be successful.
