Pros
Synoverge, when started, was a very good company, attained huge growth in initial years and was well established.
The reason was a very skilled workforce and passion to move forward, down to earth approach, employee care, good projects, twice a year salary revision, very good team bonding etc. It was more like a small and happy family where your work and contribution was appreciated and valued.
In 2015-2016 company got some big projects revenue went 4-5 times high as compared to previous years. CEO presented these figures in annual program.
The company thought, we can do it and started calling team as resources now. Instead of one-to-one and healthy discussion to solve a problem, they used bookish approach and deployed project managers. Yes managers, and not leaders. They managed politics, discussion, blames, delivery, client communication, appraisals, appreciations, micro management, humiliation, disapproval, etc.... but never lead the team.
Senior management started getting huge money and investment in other areas and completely ignored ground level challenges. CEO has no idea which project is doing what, but has the complete idea of how much money they are paying.
Failure of project managers came to team leads and senior team leads and they started putting their work on leads.
Even though the company had been earning so much money, they never increased salary to that level. PMs had never been helping and instead putting more pressure.
Company earned a lot but never distributed that advantage to employees.
Frustrated team members started leaving company. I think in 2018 highest people leave from the company.
Pros is -
This company has very good team members and works hard. I am proud of the team.
Cons
Constant frustration, late night work, HR is the best part of this company (they never respond) so you never argue with them they are very sweet.
PM allocated untrained and fresher to you to finish the deadlines. To teach them u have to sit late in office. Too much resource change happens.
Solution of everything is putting a new process.
you must have read in other comments that learn new technology here. But it was upto 2017 only.. IT has very new things coming up but not available here.
