Pros
benefits are decent and there are some really nice employees
Cons
Management to start off with is just horrible. They are difficult to get a hold of when issues arise, they fail to provide the employees adequate tools to get the job done. Insanely unrealistic expectations on how to service the clients needs. Instead of addressing the issues that are causing the service failures they simply sweep it under the rug or lie to the customer to give them a false sense that whatever failure occurred will not happen again and surely it happens again because they fail to address it. Its more like they form a click with each other and just do the bare minimum to appear they have some sort of value. Client delivery is just as bad, set up new accounts to be serviced without taking proper inventory and just pass it off to support groups to figure it all out when the client calls for emergency service. Leaving the customer possibly down for a longer period of time than what could have been most likely a routine support scenario. Recent surveys showed 60% of employees viewing their job negatively that's somewhat more than a handful. Not even sure what a Kegerator is but never seen one. Culture needs some definite improvement not the greatest environment.
