More harm than good personally - Senior Systems Administrator Synopsys Employee Review

Limited interactions with your team in person as you work remote. Expected to work excess hour to accommodate for time difference. Hardly a decent pay rise in 7 years, (3k rise over the full time I was there) and consistently told that was more than good enough for l the position i was in. Personally i don’t believe it they performed their duty of care during my time there.
