Company is Allergic to Marketing and Communications - Marketing Director Synopsys Employee Review

The culture is rotten to its core, especially if you are not an engineer. Synopsys allows nepotism to run rampant -- Much more so than other established tech companies. Many, many people are fired within a couple of months of their start date -- that seems to be the Synopsys way. HR is completely non-existent at Synopsys. While non-engineers are second-class citizens, HR "leaders" are third-class. Unlike any place I have ever seen. The new CEO surrounds himself with "yes men." Seems like a nice man, but not a leader as evidenced by the "circle" he selected. Some real snakes there.
