      Stable, usually yearly hikes, work life balance.

      Cons

      Tough to get promotions, not a meritocracy. Unprofessional colleagues create a hostile work environment and get away with it. If you are good at what you do, you are better off elsewhere.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
