- Good colleges. - Learning opportunities. - Working on the latest technologies. You are working on he cutting edge products. - Goof life and work balance. - Stability.
Cons
- Very low salary in Armenia's site. Synopsys abuses it's monopoly. There aren't any semiconductor companies in Armenia. - Bad working environment (ventilation, air quality and temperature ). Very noisy. - Very hard to get promoted. You are sticking on the same position and salary for a very very long time . If you an innovative and an energetic person it's not right place for you. You talent will be disappeared.
