Pros
You can relax & enjoy. Its a great place to work. Excellent flexibility at work. You can come to office happily at 10:30 AM or even later. Spend your time having tea/snacks, 1 Hour for Lunch, 1 Hour for post lunch walk, Gym, Play TT, leave by 4:30 PM. Just work for 1 to 2 Hours a day. That's more than enough. To check on you, your own manager comes much later than 10:30 AM on majority of the days. So to cover themselves, they say its flexible work culture. While the reality is you don't need to work much. Your own management will tell you how not to deliver at work and still push the blame of the others. Management will bind you and say not it interact/collaborate with out side employees. Know one will ever know what you are working on or what you are doing.
Cons
You own management will project your hardwork as theirs. From your hardwork, your own manager will take 90% of credit and if are lucky, you will get the 10% credit for your own Hardwork. Local Management is more focused on their own growth than that of their team members. Local Bangalore management, does not let you talk to US management as they are scared that you may revel the reality. Local Bangalore management wants you to work with no expectations on career growth. Local management is there for a decade and very much stagnant. They are neither enthusiastic to take more challenges nor will let the young employees collaborate to deliver.
