Challenging problems, good culture - Senior Engineering Manager Synopsys Employee Review

I’ve been at Synopsys for a few years, and it’s a job that I continue to enjoy. We’re solving some challenging engineering problems and this creates plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. The financial health of the company is good, and it continues to enjoy solid and steady growth. This means job security and some room for advancement (but don’t expect to go from intern to principal engineer in 18 months!). A big plus for me is that we’re solving problems that benefit everyone— the business model isn’t built on monetizing personal data or on advertising revenue. The SF office is a great location.
